Graham Scott

Title Manager 

Graham joined Harbor Closing & Title in 2025. In his role as our Title Manager, Graham brings over a decade of title experience to Harbor and is responsible for all title production, compliance, and maintaining relationships with our underwriters and other support vendors.

Before joining Harbor, Graham worked for Waco Title as a Title Plant and Database manager, Apex Title, First National Title, and PCI Advance Title, and prior to that was a financial auditor for Wal-Mart.

He is a native of Rogers, and has lived all over the beautiful Northwest Arkansas region, and can oftentimes be found floating down a river or dancing at a local music event.
